Windows media center high cpu usage

After about 5-7 minutes of idle, windows host process appears eating 15 of my CPU driver scanner 2009 serial (i7-3770).

Also don't know if the solution of @ONEoo7 helps, but I can't find "Action center" in my localized version of windows.Exe, and the CPU usage peaks at 100 (or less depending on the processor) when you login, not when you start to play something.The media library probably has its legitimate uses, especially for media enthusiasts, but it is not for everybody and it is especially not for everybody at all times.MS is run by fools.Wmdb extension and then, in order to avoid Windows Media Player from recreating the file, I simply created an empty dummy file (like photoshop 7 serial number pc an empty *.txt file) and attributed the name of the original file that I disabled.Sorry, but I cannot attach the screenshot, because as soon as I press PrtScr, the process disappears.Maybe If you uninstall it while you are troubleshooting this.
